Water is getting in past the window seal, going down the door latch pillar, down the rocker panel and into the drivers foot well. They are going to remove and reseal the window and replace the drivers seatbelt pre-tensioner.The increased wear opens the bearing gap which allows oil to flow out faster and it shows up as low oil pressure. Once the revs come up, the oil is pumped in faster than it "leaks out" and the pressure comes up. On a side note, as far as engines that fit into the Tiburon: The 1.6L i4 Alpha engine used in Non-USA markets, should be a factory drop-in. The 2.0L i4 Beta II eninge Factory drop-in. The 2.7L v6 Delta engine Factory drop-in. The 3.3L v6 Lambda engine (can be made to fit with modification)
LABEL EVERYTHING! Use zip lock baggies and sharpies to label bags of bolts and masking tape to label all the connectors on the harness. With everything out give the engine bay a nice cleaning job then inspect and repair any damaged areas of the engine harness. You'll thank me later.. Huffin E85 and lovin every minute of it!!. Basically there are so many different ones it would take alot of research to give you an entire list. I would find some that you like and then look up the specs.
